Mayor Lori Lightfoot, World Business Chicago, and a Chicago Cook Workforce Partnership (The Partnership) kicked off a 5-week churned eventuality aiming to prepared residents and employers for a new post-pandemic economy. “Hire Chicago” began on Monday, Aug. 2, 2021, and will run by Sep 2.
This eventuality is designed to bond Chicagoans to jobs in high-growth industries. It also helps people bond to training programs and career conversing to assistance them get prepared for a jobs of tomorrow. The Hire Chicago 2021 website states that people can:

Each week of a eventuality will concentration on opposite career opportunities.
- Week 1 (August 2) is for a Manufacturing workshops.
